I also co-facilitate on-line drop-in groups once a month for moms who are struggling on their journey with parenthood. For centuries, women have gathered in groups for connection and support. There are many benefits to therapeutic groups that aren’t available in a one-on-one setting. You're not alone!

Parenting is the hardest job anyone will ever undertake. What many mothers don't realize is that parenting is fraught with ambivalence. In other words, many thoughts and feelings about parenting can be true at the same time. As we share these aspects of parenting with one another, moms are pleasantly surprised to see that these same feelings are experienced by others. This validation and resonance is an emotional balm and it helps to cultivates connection, self-compassion and confidence. 

This group is for moms with a child between 0 and 6 years old. Residents of Ontario only. The first group session will begin on September 17th, 2024 between 7:00 and 8:30pm. Each session will contain some brief information, opportunities for sharing, as well as a practice exercise. Attend one session or all four sessions as desired.
